Important Information
To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. This allows you time to complete our consultation form and begin your relaxation journey.
Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment times, and treatments will still be charged at the full price.
If you have any health concerns such as high blood pressure, circulation issues, heart conditions, recent surgery, or any other medical condition, please consult with your GP/Consultant prior to booking your treatment. Certain conditions may require written consent from your GP/Consultant before we can proceed with your treatment. While we understand this may be inconvenient, your safety and well-being are our top priority. Should any concerns arise, your therapist will discuss alternative treatments until written consent is received.
As a professional beauty spa, we will not proceed with any treatment deemed unsuitable without appropriate medical approval, and we cannot accept signed declarations from clients in place of GP/Consultant consent.
Cancellations
For cancellations, we request at least 72 hours' notice for packages or multiple treatments, and 48 hours' notice for single treatments. Please note that spa packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
A 100% cancellation fee will apply for missed appointments or cancellations outside of these timeframes.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Gift Vouchers
If you are using a gift voucher to book a treatment or package, a £10 refundable deposit will be required to secure your booking. This deposit will be refunded upon your arrival at the spa.
Please note that missed or no-show appointments will incur a 100% cancellation fee, and your voucher will be fully redeemed for the missed treatment or package.
