Important Information

If you have booked a treatment, package, or break with us, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time, so that you can complete our consultation form and begin your relaxation experience.

 

Late arrivals can result in shortened treatment times but treatments will still be charged at full price.

 

Clients that have/may have health issues e.g. blood pressure, circulation problems, heart problems, recent surgery or any other health worries, are advised to check with their GP PRIOR to booking their treatments. Certain medical conditions may require written consent from your GP before some treatments can go ahead.  This is for your own wellbeing and whilst we understand this can be frustrating, please understand that we are looking out for your health and your best interest. Your therapist will offer an alternative treatment where possible until written consent is gained.  As a professional Beauty Spa we will not go ahead with any treatments we feel unsuitable until a letter of consent has been gained, and will not accept a signed declaration from yourself as a substitute.
