PLANNING YOUR SPECIAL DAY:

Every couple is special to us. Here at Hellaby Hall Hotel we only host 1 wedding per day which ensures our team is dedicated to our couples and can offer wedding exclusivity for your day. Our wedding team is looking forward to guiding you through all the stages of planning your special day. Our staff will take care of absolutely everything on the day and our exceptional hospitality will delight your guests.

 

CIVIL CEREMONY:

We have a choice of unique rooms for your civil ceremony. Our Drawing Room, Garden Suite & Bramley Suite are all licensed for civil ceremonies. We charge £300.00 in addition to your wedding package to have the ceremony at the hotel.

 

IN ORDER TO MARRY AT THE HOTEL YOU NEED TO:

Call the hotel to check we are able to accommodate your wedding on your chosen date. We can provisionally hold a date for you for 14 days with no commitment. Please contact the Rotherham registrar’s office to perform your ceremony on 01709 823542. The Hotel are not responsible to arrange your legal ceremony.

 

BOOKING YOUR WEDDING:

Once you are ready to commit to your chosen date and package, please advise our wedding team. We will then send you your booking contract to check and sign. A non refundable deposit of £1000 is also required to secure your date.
