Breakfast Assistant

We are currently recruiting for Breakfast Assistants to join the team at Hellaby Hall Hotel as we strengthen our team, we are looking for both full time and part time positions.

Candidates must be organised, committed to delivering excellence at all times, able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment and work well as part of a team.

Duties

Your day to day duties will include:

- Serving within our Food and Beverage departments, mainly mornings for breakfast Service

- Food service into the afternoon for Afternoon Tea & Lunches

- Working within the hotel’s restaurant at breakfast

Shifts will be mornings into early afternoon and will include working across the weekends, therefore flexibility is essential.

Room Attendant

Part Time 24hrs per week

Up to £8.91 an hour 

Housekeeper

We are currently recruiting new members of staff for our housekeeping team. Candidates must be organised, well presented, able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment and work well as part of a team.

Duties

Your day to day duties will include:

· Change bed linen and towels in guest bedrooms

· Making up of guest beds

· Vacuum floors & corridors

· Dust and polish furniture

· Clean bathrooms

· Replace stocks of guest supplies

· Ensuring all public areas are clean and tidy

Hours will include working early shifts on a 5 out of 7 day basis (unless working on a part time basis). Shifts will also included working weekends, therefore flexibility is essential

Membership Administrator

Part Time - 24hrs per week

Are you a motivated individual with administrative experience who has the desire to work within the Leisure Club team to? Can you provide excellent customer service to our members and guests? If so, we want to hear from you.

- Duties include; Ensure accurate records of members are maintained with good practice guidance including data protection and security of financial data.

- Assist with all aspects of the membership start up, renewal and cancellation administrative process as required.

- Act as first point of contact for membership enquiries. Offer membership-related advice, club tours and administrative service to our members and customers.

Personal Specification

1. Experience of working in an administrative role

2. Good understanding of data protection and data confidentiality

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Ability to handle challenging conversations effectively

5. Experience of working with MS Word, E-Mail and Database systems

6. Experience of working for a membership organisation or in a similar membership role

7. Social Media experience desirable

Junior Sous Chef

Full Time

£24,000 a year

Chef

We are currently recruiting a Junior Sous Chef to strengthen our Kitchen Brigade. The right candidate will work alongside the Sous Chef and Head Chef, ensuring the efficient and effective management approach is applied to the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef and Sous Chef.

Candidates must be organised, committed to delivering excellence at all times, must be able to work well as part of a team and able to lead a team of staff.

Experience within a banqueting venue would be advantageous.

The ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment is essential for this role. This role will suit a chef who is ambitious, flexible and has good all round skills on each section of the kitchen.

Must have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar high standard establishment or in a similar role

This job role would suit an ambitious Senior CDP looking for the next step in their career within a busy venue.

Duties

Your day to day duties will include:

- Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef

- Deputising in the absence of the Sous Chef

- Working closely with the team to ensure optimum kitchen cleanliness

- Daily food ordering for the kitchen in the absence of a senior chef
