Customer Update : Tier 3 Restrictions

Following the government announcement on 26 November 2020, South Yorkshire will be in Tier 3

restrictions from the 3rd December we would like to update our customers on what this means for the hotel

 

We will be CLOSED for Christmas Day & Boxing Day. 

Refunds will be duly processed, please be patient as this will take sometime.

Accommodation

We remain open ONLY for purposes or work. No leisure or spa overnight stays are permitted.

Restaurant & Bar

remain closed and room service only is permitted.

This means we unfortunately cannot offer any festive afternoon teas, lunches or dinners this year.

Meetings & Training

these are still permitted as are for purposes of work and we are hosting socially distant COVID compliant meetings.

Leisure Club

this can reopen but the sauna and steam room will not be available or fitness classes.

The gym and swimming pool are open.

Spa

The spa can reopen for treatments but we cannot unfortunately offer full spa day packages at this

time due to closure of some elements in leisure and our restaurant.

As you can appreciate the hospitality industry has been severely affected by restrictions in 2020 but we are focused

on staying positive and are looking forward to the new year with hope that we all will come through this together.
